Donnie Ray Milby of Mount Sherman, Kentucky, son of the late Ray Milby and Effie Matherly Milby, was born on Sunday, October 17, 1948 in Taylor County and departed this life on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Baptist Health Hardin. He was 72 years, 11 months, and 9 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. He was also a truck driver for HD Transport.
Survived by his wife of 38 years, Roxye Ann Thomas Milby of Mount Sherman having united in marriage on August 1, 1983.
Other survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Sandy and Kenny Hill of Mt. Sherman, Joy and Gary Foster of Elizabethtown; a son and daughter-in-law: Tim and Kim Skaggs of Texas; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a brother: Jerry M. Milby of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Milby was also preceded in death by a daughter and a son: Tammy Skaggs, and Rocky Skaggs.

Graveside services for Donnie Ray Milby will be conducted at 12:00 Noon, Central Time, Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Bro. Tim Skaggs officiating. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, Greensburg in charge of the service arrangements.
