Gene Judd of Campbellsville, son of the late Raymond Judd and Lenov Stilts Judd, was born January 28, 1939 in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 1:55 A.M., Monday, April 19, 2021 in Campbellsville. Age: 82
He professed faith in Christ and was an active member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church, where he had been a deacon, Sunday School teacher and Sunday School director.
He was a veteran having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
Gene was a retired truck driver after forty-five plus years; a job he truly loved.
He loved his family and was known as a man of his word. He especially enjoyed mowing and trying to make his yard the best in the neighborhood.
He united in marriage to Pauline Benningfield October 28, 1964.
Besides his wife, Pauline Judd, of Campbellsville, Gene is survived by one daughter, DeeDee Goodin and husband, Jamie of Campbellsville; one grandson, Blake Allen of Campbellsville; one sister, Joyce Waymon of Campbellsville; special neighbors who were like daughters to him and sisters to DeeDee: Beth Browning and Stacy Spaulding; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Lucille Ellis of Lebanon, Pansy Barnett, Wanda Beck and husband, David and Lena Gupton of Campbellsville and Omer Benningfield, Jr. and wife, Juanita of Finley; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 1:00 P.M., Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Shaun Caudill and Rev. Tim Coghill
ENTOMBMENT: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with full military honors by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard
