Judy Dile

Mrs. Judy Eller Dile, beloved wife of Johnny Dile, passed from this life on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at her home in Campbellsville. Daughter of the late Walter and Irene (Thompson) Moore, she was born in Taylor County on January 21, 1953, making her 68 years, 7 months, and 12 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Yuma Baptist Church. Mrs. Dile was a retiree of Fruit of the Loom, and a cherished mother and grandmother.

Beside her husband, she leaves to mourn her passing:

Two daughters: Vel Wyatt and husband Daniel, and Jonie Wilcoxson and husband Ronnie, all of Campbellsville,

Three siblings: Patsy Bryant of Campbellsville, James Moore and wife Theresa of North Carolina, and Sue Moore of North Carolina,

Five grandchildren: Christian Gilpin, Wayne Gilpin, Shreve Dile, Lucian Dile, and Vera Wilcoxson,

Three great-grandchildren: Wyatt Gilpin, Jordan Gilpin, and Lukas Gilpin,

And a host of other family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Zane Wilcoxson, and four siblings, Danny Moore, Roger Dale Carter, Larry Moore, and Timmy Moore.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Dile on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 12:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Bob Langlois will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
