Linda Upchurch

Mrs. Linda Lou Upchurch was born on November 11, 1955 in Breckinridge County to the late Bill and Margaret (Ward) Mattingly. She departed this life on October 22, 2015 at her home in Campbellsville. Mrs. Upchurch was 59 years, 11 months, and 11 days of age.She was a former employee of the Campbellsville Fruit of the Loom factory, a baker, and her families' "fix-it" woman. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Spurlington United Methodist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory:
Three children: Marcella Sutherland, Neal Upchurch, and Moneda Frank, all of Campbellsville,
Three siblings: Teresa Lindsey of Paducah, Brenda Husband of Louisville, and Michael Mattingly of Campbellsville,
Former companion: Reed Upchurch of Campbellsville,
Eight grandchildren,
Two great-grandchildren,
And a host of other family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Dwayne Ward and Danny Mattingly, and one grandchild.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs.Linda Upchurch on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 12:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New COlumbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Michael Goodwin will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 25, from 5-8 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the faily requests memorials take the form of donations to the funeral expenses, and can be made here or at the funeral home.
