Margaret McMahan

Margaret "Maggie" McMahan of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Wentford Rafferty and Relda Romine Sanders, was born March 31, 1927, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 10:15 A.M., Saturday, April 29, 2017 in Columbia.
Age: 90
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church. Maggie was a foster mother to numerous children over the years. Her love for people and helping others was always evident. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She is survived by three sons and four daughters: Sam McMahan and wife, Adrienne of Lexington, David McMahan and wife, Debie, Keith McMahan and wife, Marilyn, Rita Whitlow and husband, Rodney of Campbellsville, Brenda Napper of Columbia, Judith Massey and husband, Clyde of Cleveland, North Carolina and Stacy Hardy and husband, Mickey of Clayton, North Carolina; twenty five grandchildren, twenty four great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two children in infancy and two sons-in-law, Dale Napper and David Speer.

VISITATION: 5:00-8:00 P.M., Monday, May 1, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home
