Mary Frances Pepper, of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late Ira and Flossie Mae (Clarkson) Followell, was born March 20, 1947 in Marion County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 in Louisville at the Norton Women and Children’s Hospital. She was 75 years of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Woodlawn Christian Church. Mrs. Pepper was a Sunday school teacher and was a twenty-five year employee of Fruit of the Loom.
As a young lady, Mrs. Pepper attended the Johnson Bible College. She enjoyed working with the youth at her church, and was very fond of the church worship team.
Besides her parents, she was a preceded in death by a daughter: Janet Michelle Pepper and seven siblings: Carlton, Gerald, Billy and Rachel Followell, Helen Tungate, Phyllis Smothers and Maydell Orberson.
She united in marriage on November 26, 1971 in the Mannsville Christian Church to Garry Dale Pepper, who survives.
Also surviving is a daughter: LeAnn Rahill and husband Bob of Bowling Green; two sisters: Ivana Cox and Dorine Wilkerson and husband Bryant of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Kayla Michelle Bishop and husband Tim of Columbia, George Eric Perkins of Campbellsville and Robert Joseph Rahill of Bowling Green and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Mary Frances Pepper will be Friday, October 7, 2022 at 12 Noon at the Woodlawn Christian Church with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Bro. Fella Wilson will be officiating.
Visitation after 9:00 A.M. Friday until time for the service.
