Mike Rodgers of Campbellsville, son of Mildred Baumgardner Rodgers and the late Mitchell Rodgers, was born September 12, 1957 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 8:20 A.M., Saturday, July 29, 2017 in Campbellsville. Age: 59
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Mike was a retired employee of Batesville Casket Co., but he also had a vast knowledge of construction and masonry work. Mike's passion for Harley Davidson was well known by those he loved, and was evident to others with just a glance at any one of his favorite shirts. His love and devotion to his family and extended family was very obvious and the times they spent together will always be cherished memories.
He united in marriage to Cindy Gilpin October 25, 1984.
Besides his wife, Cindy Rodgers of Campbellsville, he is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Haley Rae Leigh and Jonathon Leigh; one grandson, Isaiah Leigh; his mother, Mildred Rodgers; one brother and one sister: Ricky Rodgers and wife, Ann and Carol Caldwell and husband, Tony; one brother-in-law and one sister-in-law: Bart Gilpin and wife, Candace and Marchetta Garrison and husband, Sammy of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many other relatives and friends.
