Norma Rogers

Mrs. Norma Jean Rogers of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Curtis Lee Nunn and Carrie Anderson Nunn, was born on February 28, 1937 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Golden Living Center- Green Hill in Greensburg. She was 78 years, three months, and 16 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ. She had been employed as a housekeeper at the Scottsville Hospital.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Daryl and Donna Rogers of Greensburg; Michael and Amy Rogers of Bardstown; five grandchildren: Chatman Rogers and Chamren Rogers of Greensburg; Wendy Bryant and Adam Smith of Campbellsville and Brayden Rogers of Bardstown; one sister: Lois Carol Daffron of Campbellsville; two sisters-in-law: Ruby Nunn of Tenn. and Isabell Nunn of Louisville; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Rogers was also preceded in death by one son, Gary Edwin Rogers and by four brothers: Bobby Nunn, Harold Nunn, Leon Nunn, and Larry Nunn.

The funeral services for Mrs. Norma Jean Rogers will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Bro. Larry Wisdom will be officiating.

Visitation is requested from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M., Sunday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Monday until time of the funeral service.

Memorials are suggested to the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
