homas Lee Rich, infant son of Robert and Katrina Rich of Campbellsville died Friday, October 23rd in Lebanon.
In addition to his parents, Thomas is survived by his grandparents, Tonya and Bruce Carter and Robert, Sr. and Robin Rich of Campbellsville, and aunt and uncles, Jeffrey and Jessica Smith of Richmond, Corey Rich, Jacob Harvey, Jeremy Stewart, Justin Stewart and Krista Stewart, all of Campbellsville.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 26th at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
